Domains are available for both companies and individuals.In the case of .no domains, it is required that the domain is registered by a Norwegian organization or a Norwegian citizen over the age of 18.For other top-level domains such as .com, .net and .org, there are no such requirements for the applicant.
How long does it take to register a domain?
Domain name registration is usually instant.However, we are currently working on completing a self-declaration module for .no domains, which will make the registration process shorter in the future.We estimate that it can take about 30 minutes to register a .no domain before we get this module.Registration of other top-level domains takes place immediately.
Do you have a binding period?
No, none of our hosting services have a lock-in period.You can terminate your hosting services at any time.If you have paid annually, we will refund the full amount for the remaining period after the service is cancelled.However, domain names do not have the right of cancellation and are paid annually, but you can easily choose whether you want to renew the domain or not in our portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer simple and secure payment by debit and credit card through Stripe, as well as payment via invoice / bank transfer.We are currently working on integrating Vipps payment, which will soon be available at checkout.
